Q: Why should I take Inova BabyNET surveys? A: There are several reasons to take Inova BabyNET surveys. The first is that your survey responses help us give you information that will be most useful to you. Often, Care Managers will notice something in your survey that may not seem important initially but may affect your or your baby's health.
Second, we'd like to reward you for healthy behavior. Monthly surveys give you an opportunity to earn points that can be redeemed for prizes.
Finally, survey outcomes help us demonstrate that BabyNET is providing a useful and helpful service. It also lets us strengthen and improve the program when we get your feedback.
Q: What does Inova BabyNET offer me?
A: Inova BabyNET provides newsletters, tip sheets, answers to individual questions by email and telephone, ongoing support by Care Manager nurse and a private website with additional resources. In addition, you can earn points that can be redeemed for prizes when you take certain surveys.
Q: What should I expect from my Care Manager?
A: Inova BabyNET’s Care Managers are all nurses with years of experience supporting pregnant and breastfeeding women. They will answer your questions with no hurry and no pressure. Everyone who enrolls in Inova BabyNET gets a Care Manager. You can email your Care Manager as often as you want, and you should expect to hear from her at least once a month.
Q: Can I choose which parts of Inova BabyNET I use?
A: Absolutely, this is a totally voluntary program. Although we hope you find each part of the Inova BabyNET interesting and useful, we welcome you to any feature of Inova BabyNET you chose. We do ask, however, that each person complete their Individual Needs Assessment and their After Delivery Survey.
